You consent to these conditions by clicking or pressing a button indicating your consent to these conditions, by executing a document that returns them, or by using the services. SurveyMonkey is responsible for the security of the card owner`s data collected, transferred, stored or processed by us on your behalf. “Cardholder Data” is defined as the main account number of a cardholder and with a complete unmasked card number, the name, expiry date and/or service code of the cardholder. SurveyMonkey has developed strict security features to protect the card owner`s data and, as such, this data can only be used in accordance with expectations and stored in appropriate locations. THEY ARE AND ARE INTERDITS BY COLLECTING OR ENTERING CARDHOLDER DATA INTO ANY FORM OR DATA ENTRY FIELDS IN THE SERVICES, EXCEPT INTO THOSE FIELDS INTENDED FOR THAT PURPOSE (i.e. surveyMonkey explicitly allows such data to enter such fields). The corresponding fields are clearly identified by labels such as “card number” or by a credit card symbol in front of them. Similarly, without payment forms, you should never collect or enter the fields of Sensitive Authentication Data services, as defined in PCI standards (including CVC or CVV2). You take full responsibility for the cardholder`s data entered into the Services that violate these conditions. We allow all our customers to control their account data. As long as your account is active, you have total control over the specific data types and how long it lasts to hold that data.
No person/party conducting an audit on your behalf is or should act on behalf of a SurveyMonkey competitor (“listener”).
